ACDM AI Symposium Report 2023
After the success of the ACDM AI Symposium last year, the ACDM organized a second AI Symposium on 20-21 September.
Last year, Marcus Schwabedissen (COO and Senior Executive Consultant at QFINITY) gave a presentation. This year, however, he helped with the planning and preparation as a member of the Steering Committee.
The event was very well attended and had a broad program of presentations, field reports and discussions.
Life sciences companies, service providers and solution providers were all represented, making for excellent networking.
Following this success, a third Symposium is already being planned for 2024.

QFINITY employee is part of the planning for the ACDM Symposium for AI
On September 21, the ACDM Symposium for Artificial Intelligence will take place in Copenhagen. The event has been long in the making, planned by the Steering Group: Richard Davies, Ashley Howard, Tim Armitage and QFINITY’s COO Marcus Schwabedissen.
The Steering Group planned the entire program in detail. The event will explain the different types of artificial intelligence and their applications. Practical examples from clinical trials will illustrate these techniques.
Marcus Schwabedissen has been a very active member of ACDM for many years. His core topic in the organization is artificial intelligence. He works on how to apply it, improve it, and put it to optimal use in business processes.
QFINITY is proud that Marcus Schwabedissen is part of the Steering Group and contributes significantly to planning the event with his AI expertise.

“Committee of the Year” award from ISPE received
Oliver Herrmann (CEO of QFINITY) and Frank Henrichmann (Sr. Executive Consultant at QFINITY) have been members of the global ISPE GAMP Steering Committee for several years.
Now both have received the Committee of the Year award from ISPE.
The ISPE GAMP Community of Practice received this award at the 2022 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo in Orlando for creating GAMP 5 Second Edition.
Both have truly earned this award. Congratulations!
